• Is the operating partner experienced and do they have knowledge of the local market and possess a reputable track record?

• Has comprehensive and persuasive due diligence and analysis been performed that indicate the project is a feasible venture?

• Will the operator agree to the financing of the project and assume responsibility for the project costs?

• Is the operating partner willing and capable to structure a proper alignment of interests through the co-investing of funds?

• Has the length of the financial commitment been established and is the exit strategy clear?

• Will the acquisition perform with positive operating cash flow to investors?

• Does the investment at the project level return a 20% IRR?
